At Kinross Hockey Club we recognise that there are lots of people out there who don't want to play league hockey but would welcome the chance to have a fun game. Our answer is Kinross Korinthians, a new social hockey club.

The idea is that members can simply come down to the pitch once a week for a bit of skills work and a friendly knockabout game, with the emphasis on fun rather than fitness. Laughter is encouraged and wanton display of hockey skills is somewhat frowned upon.

The club is open to anyone aged 14 or over and we welcome members who have not have played for many years. So if you are bored of jogging, tired of taichi and fed up with fitness classes, come and give us a try.

Games take place on Monday evenings at 7:30-8:30pm. The cost is £95 per year, but we'll let you try out for free for a couple of weeks before making you part with any money.

If you think you might like to take part, drop us a line at
